Thursday, October 30, 2008. I visited a doctor for consultation since I have an on and off fever for almost a week and aside from that I also have a cold. I go through Complete Blood Count (CBC) examination, Urine analysis and X-Ray. So far, there’s no need to worry to the result except for a minimal viral infections in my blood. It took me 2 ½ hours to finish my consultation and laboratory examination. The doctor advised me to rest and prescribed me Nafarin- A for cold, Paracetamol for fever and Ascorbic Acid as Vitamins. I wonder what Nafarin-A is all about cause I know the usual medicine for colds are Neozep or Decolgen. I checked the prescription that the doctor were given to me and this is what I get in the net (Unilab website):

PHENYLPROPANOLAMINE HCl
CHLORPHENAMINE MALEATE
PARACETAMOL

Right now, I’m still a bit worried about my health condition despite the fact that the doctor assured that there is no something wrong with me. I think I’m some kind of paranoid about my situation. Thinking that I’m sick so I get sick. Anyway, it’s a busy week so I don’t expect to have a long break for the rest of the day. I have to close and post the month-end transactions and then update the schedules for monthly Financial Statement.
